Underground Water Infiltration Tanks
The infiltration tank system is the ideal way to manage stormwater runoff in permeable or semi-permeable soil conditions. It is designed to capture surface water through infiltration, and then clean and filter the water before it is allowed to recharge the water table, providing moisture for surrounding vegetation. The Atlantis® Filtration Unit also captures and cleans roof water before entry into the storage area (Matrix® Tank Modules).
This innovative and versatile product comprises of mostly recycled polypropylene in a unique structure that delivers incredible strength and capacity. The matrix tanks come flat packed in a variety of sizes, making them suitable for any size project, from residential backyards to industrial complexes. Each tank can be fitted with varying numbers of internal plates, based on the amount of cover over the tank as well as the type of traffic (pedestrian or vehicle) on the surface.
An infiltration tank is now required by council regulations for all new residential buildings in Northern NSW from Tweed to Byron bay, as well as the Logan and Sunshine Coast areas.
Eco Sustainable House sells every variant of Atlantis Matrix modules on the market and will happily provide any additional information on the systems you require. Browse the full range below, or call us on (07) 5677 0838 with the details of your project and we'll get back to you with a free quote.
